Retail Buyer and Planning Manager – Full Time (Oahu)

Location: Corporate Office in Honolulu

The Retail Buyer and Planning Manager is responsible for planning, selecting, and purchasing merchandise for retail stores to deliver strategic objectives and drive topline sales. This position works closely with the Retail Merchandise Planner and retail office team. This position reports directly to the VP of Retail.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, assort, buy and merchandise a seasonal assortment to deliver a sales plan and maximize productivity
  • Conducts strategic analysis of product to anticipate trends in the market.
  • Analyze business to identify opportunities and suggest right product, placement, time and pricing to drive profitable sales and minimize left over stock.
  • Identify and meet with suitable suppliers of various non-apparel brands to be sold in retail locations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail buying experience.
  • Previous inventory control experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems

Keyholder - Full Time (Maui)

Location: Shops at Wailea

The Keyholder assumes opening/closing responsibilities on behalf of Store Management, provides an exceptional shopping experience, maintains client relationships and manages the store in accordance with the company visual and operational standards.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strives for sales excellence and results by employing outstanding sales and customer service skills; ensuring all selling and store standards are met
  • Assists in the daily operational duties of opening/closing of the store
  • Supports the Management team in controlling company assets
  • Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in: cash, inventory, fixtures and property management
  • Assists in the execution of floor-set and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One to two years retail experience including opening/closing of store, driving sales through meeting KPIs, and clienteling
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Represents the fashion and style image of Tori Richard
  • Strong observational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Rudimentary computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems

Assistant Store Manager - Full Time (Oahu)

Location: Outrigger Waikiki

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving topline profitable sales, providing an exceptional shopping experience, managing the store's inventory, visual, and operational standards. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for assisting in recruiting, training, maintaining and and developing high performance teams to achieve sales excellence.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists management in achieving key performance objectives, company target and budget goals.
  • Sets and evaluates daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal goals for staff and coaches to success.
  • Protects store payroll by adhering to wage cost guidelines and coordinating the store schedule to meet business needs.
  • Oversees processes and ensures compliance in inventory management, loss prevention, cycle counting, receiving of merchandise, etc.
  • Executes floor-set and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience including supervision, opening/closing of store, and driving sales through meeting KPIs
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Represents the fashion and style image of Tori Richard
  • Strong ability to identify and assess customer and employee behavior, reactions, floor awareness, etc.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to foster teamwork and build relationships with both customers and staff
