Question 1. Why can't I buy your product on your website?
Tori Richard, Ltd. is not an online retailer. Our customers are the better retail stores you frequent and catalogs you receive in the mail. We support them. They can give you the best service and they can special order almost anything for you. If a store tells you otherwise, please let us know. We do want to help you find the product you are looking for!
Question 2. Where is a retail store in my area that carries your products?
Our products can be found at over 2500 better specialty and better department stores in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Please send an email telling us where you live and we will promptly reply with a store in your area. If we can't find one, maybe you can suggest a store in your area that would be a good fit.
Question 3. Can Tori Richard, Ltd. point me to a website that sells your products?
There are a number of websites that sell different parts of our product lines. While we can't endorse one site over another, please click on the "buy online" link on the "where to buy" page for some merchants who do carry some portions of our line.
Question 4. I am looking for group identity apparel, or want to outfit a large number of people for a special event. I may even want a custom designed print or style, how do I go about this?
We started our Identity Apparel division "TRIA" in 1973 with the express purpose of providing this service to interested parties. Since then, we have designed and manufactured uniform identity apparel for national and regional airlines, hotels, restaurants, Fortune 500 companies and many others. Also, we have designed and manufactured custom prints for major sporting events, numerous large corporate groups, and under license for several internationally known businesses.
Question 5. I am a buyer for a retail store can you have a salesperson contact me?
Tori Richard, Ltd. has sales offices around the country and showrooms in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and of course, Honolulu. In addition we exhibit at every relevant industry trade show in the country. Please tell us your store location and one of our sales team will contact you.
