Order and Payment
Our website is the fastest and most convenient secure method for placing an order with us. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday. You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged. If an item is on backorder, we will fulfill remaining part of the order and cancel the balance. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. Orders originating within the State of Hawaii will incur a 4.71% general excise tax on the product and shipping. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and we will start accepting pay pal shortly.
Shipping / Handling Charges
Shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate basis of $9.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item in your order for all domestic packages. All the packages are fully insured and shipped via FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air pending credit card authorization and verification. For your convenience, we offer USPS Priority service for the same Flat Rate shipping rate. International shipping is limited to Canada and Japan only via DHL upon credit card authorization and verification. All shipments to U.S. territories and P.O. Box will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Please expect a minimum of 5 business days for delivery upon credit card authorization and verification. At this time, we do not offer any overnight and expedited shipping methods.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. All returns must be accompanied by a packing list and will be refunded at their current selling price. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at Tori Richard Stores location. All returns and exchanges must be done through toririchard.com.
