Red, White and Blue Popsicles

Beat the heat over the long weekend with these delicious and simple treats. Made of real fruit and natural sweetener, these popsicles just as healthy as they are tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Diced Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (Vanilla or Honey Flavored)
  • Orange Juice
  • Raw Honey or other natural sweetener

Blend the fresh strawberries with a few chunks of pineapple, splash of orange juice and honey to taste. Pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds, about 1/3 of the way full. Spoon the yogurt on top of the strawberry layer, careful to keep the layers separated. Rinse your blender and blend the blueberries with a few chunks of pineapple, splash of orange juice and honey to taste. Pour the blueberry mixture on top of the yogurt and fill the remainder of the mold. Pop on your mold lids/handles, and freeze for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the pop from the mold. Enjoy!
