The Keyholder assumes opening/closing responsibilities on behalf of Store Management, provides an exceptional shopping experience, maintains client relationships and manages the store in accordance with the company visual and operational standards.


Some Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become your customer's personal Tori Richard stylist
  • Strives for sales excellence and results by employing outstanding sales and customer service skills; ensuring all selling and store standards are met
  • Assists in the daily operational duties of opening/closing of the store
  • Supports the Management team in controlling company assets
  • Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in: cash, inventory, fixtures and property management
  • Assists in the execution of floor-set and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One to two years retail experience including opening/closing of store, driving sales through meeting KPIs, and clienteling
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Represents the fashion and style image of Tori Richard
  • Strong observational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Rudimentary computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems

Gerber Technician Assistant - Full Time (Oahu)

Location: Corporate Office in Honolulu

This position is responsible for conducting support functions for the GT Technician by performing various technical duties such as spec grading and sheet creation, marker making, style printing, etc. This position directly works with the GT Technician, Patternmakers, and others in the Production Department.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts garment specs for styles based on information received from the merchandising section
  • Verifies fabric widths and repeats on new prints.
  • Combines printed cutsheets with plotted markers
  • Conducts quality control inspections
  • Assists with style printouts for sampling and bulk production
  • Assists in marker making process (includes building special markers, taking into consideration longer body length, extra pocket additions, contrast to tops of pockets, badgehole additions, etc. as required by special orders)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant coursework highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in garment manufacturing
  • Must be knowledgeable on the operation for GT systems
  • Basic marker making and grading experience required
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Should have knowledge of different fabrications
  • Demonstrate composure when under deadlines

Seamstress - Full Time (Oahu)

Location: Corporate Office in Honolulu

The Seamstress is responsible for producing samples and scheduled garments using industrial sewing machines to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Also, the seamstress position is required to be accurate and efficient in production of garments while being flexible with fluctuating deadlines.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sew sample garments and scheduled production units (including new styles) using industrial sewing machines
  • Conduct repairs as needed for both domestic and offshore produced garments
  • Match thread color to prints
  • Communicate machine maintenance and repair needs to the Production Manager in a timely fashion
  • Turn knobs, screws, and dials to adjust settings of machinery, according to garment styles and equipment needs
  • Mount attachments (i.e. needles, cutting blades, etc.) and adjust machine guides according to appropriate specifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with high volume sewing of clothing required
  • Must be able to use an industrial sewing machine
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be flexible to fluctuating deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Customer Service Representative - Full Time (Oahu)

Location: Corporate Office in Honolulu

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers with wholesale and online orders, product and shipping inquiries and product recommendations. The CSR also performs a variety of duties involved in collecting and entering data for orders according to programmed instructions, organizing, verifying and distributing printouts as required.


Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, confirm, process, and post incoming orders
  • Communicate with sales representatives, buying offices, and/or customers regarding orders (cancel dates, errors, product availability, shipments, etc).
  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly, and professional service.
  • Juggle multiple conversations with customers through a variety of mediums
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in general computer use and in software programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and tasks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and be proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
