Accounting Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Corporate Accountants (local and remote) and Accounts Receivable staff.
- Assist with preparing, and reviewing, monthly, and annual journal entries.
- Assist with Annual audits, advertising and sales audits.
- Filing of state and local sales tax reports.
- Run month-end reporting and handle other ad hoc assignments
- Assist with expense variance and exception reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of month-end package to senior management.
- Assist with the monthly & year-end close process end-to-end for key spending, flagging any potential issues/risks through timely variance analysis.
- Document internal controls including Standard Operating Procedures that have changed due to a change in ERP and POS software.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university. A CPA license is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in accounting: AR, AP, GL, Audit
- Experience supervising junior staff.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and career-oriented.
- Ability to prepare a full set of financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement.
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office especially Excel. Strong skills using PowerPoint will be helpful.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized self-starter with a drive to dig into complex problems.
- Comfortable with accounting software. The company utilizes Great Plains Dynamics.

Digital Communications Manager
The Digital & Communication Manager oversees and demonstrates complete ownership and accountability in their areas of responsibility. Owns, recommends, and communicates the Digital asset strategy to the Marketing Senior Manager and other leadership team members. Experienced in execution and able to clearly delegate. Responsible for the quality of the communications & deliverables, the Digital & Communication Manager will be an essential team player for both Tori Richard and Kahala brands, responsible for breaking down roadblocks for the executional team.
The Digital & Communication Manager will evaluate gaps / and resource needs to continue to grow the business. Will own overall growth of team and KPIs. The Digital & Communication Manager builds a culture of leadership and a productive environment for the entire team. Exemplifies a “we over me” mentality. Manages the day to day while demonstrating capacity to push the limits of the program and drive innovation.
Duties:
- Develop, plan and monitor performances for multi platforms marketing strategy in partnership with both cross-functional and external agency teams.
- Lead the copywriting flow – Set work timelines and deliverables identifying partners and resources as needed.
- Ensures flawless execution of digital campaigns across marketing channels and stores.
- Identifies and drives opportunities to continuously improve digital marketing and advertising performance, tools, documentation, and processes by analyzing performance and competitive research. Takes ownership of opportunities and sees through to execution.
- Communicates initiatives for the department to members community as needed.
- Coordinates and manage resources, leading team partners to ensure a smooth execution of the campaigns.
- Audit regularly on marketing platforms to ensure the quality of the deliverable.
- Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant search queries to target
- Write punchy product titles and product features to drive conversion
- Keep product listings up to date and fixing any listing issues that arise
- Assist the marketing senior manager with communication with Press & PR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area and/or four years of Digital Marketing/Social Media management experience preferred.
- Proficient/Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar, Analytics Tools, Adwords, Facebook Ads page management, paid search, and display advertising.
- Some technical competency and previous experience in working in both marketing and web production e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of current online trends in the industry.
- A positive attitude towards collaboration, and initiative with a “can do attitude” to ensure company financial goals are met.
- Organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Prior website merchandising experience.
- Prior experience with online retailing and marketing in a B2C setting.
- Expertise with multi-channel customer acquisition.
- Copywriting skills.
- Consumer apparel experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
