We hope that you are happy with your online purchase, but if you would like to return an item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 35 days of the original online invoice. Garments must be unworn and have original tags attached. For your convenience, we offer a $9 prepaid FedEx label which must be selected at the time of return. If selected, the $9 fee will be deducted from your refund. You also have the option of shipping on your own and receiving a full refund. If you do not choose the prepaid label at the time of creating a return, we cannot issue you one after the return has been created and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. USPS offers a fast and economical way to ship items back to us. Any unauthorized returns beyond our policy will not be refunded and may be returned back to you. What if the item I received is not the one I ordered or is damaged?

Our sincerest apologies! Please let us know right away by emailing customer service so we can ensure a replacement. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued. You can create a return and select the prepaid $9 return label. When the item is received, either the full refund will be issued or the replacement will be shipped out immediately. You will not be responsible for any shipping related charges for mis-shipped or damaged items.

What if I did not select the pre-paid FedEx label but want one?

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a FedEx label after the return has already been created so you must ship the item back on your own. USPS offers the fastest and most economical way to return items back to us.

Can I do an exchange?

To ensure that you get the size or item(s) you’d like to exchange for, please place a new order. This is the fastest and easiest way to guarantee your replacements. Your credit card will be charged for the new order. When we receive your returned merchandise your credit card will be refunded. Create an account to help expedite your order and refund.

Where do I send an item for return that was purchased from a Tori Richard retail store?

Please send items back to the original Tori Richard store it was purchased from. This will help expedite your return. We are not able to process any returns for items purchased at another retailer.

Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s been placed?

At this time, if you would like to cancel or edit your order after it has been placed, please e-mail customer service to assist you.

When will I see the refund on my credit card?

Once your return is received and processed, your card will be refunded. You will receive a notification to confirm that you have been credited. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for credits to post to an account. If you do not see it, please contact your financial institution.

How do I return a gift?

If your gift was purchased from our website, you can download and fill out our Gift Return Form. Please include the completed form in your package with your item(s) for return and ship back to the address below. Once we’ve received your return, you’ll receive an email from us along with a store credit in the amount of the original purchase amount. At this time, store credits may only be used on toririchard.com. You may check the amount of your store credit on our website at any time and if you have created an account, it will also be stored there.
